Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
In & Out No Doubt is responsible for the information you share through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean In & Out No Doubt. Some parts of this policy describe features that not every website has. Those parts begin with "where" and name the feature, so you can tell whether they apply to you.
Who runs this website
In & Out No Doubt runs this website and is responsible for the information you share through it. If you have a question or a request about your information, send it to In & Out No Doubt through the contact page on this website.
Frontend Horizon builds and operates this website and the system that stores the requests you send through it. Frontend Horizon processes your information for In & Out No Doubt and uses it only to provide that service. Please send requests about your information to In & Out No Doubt, not to Frontend Horizon.
What we collect
In & Out No Doubt collects information from three places: from you, from your browser and from other companies. Not every item below applies to every visitor or every website.
What you give us
When you send a request through a form on this website, you give us:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your address, where the form asks for it
- your message, and anything else you type into the form
- files you attach, such as photos or documents
You decide what to share. Please read "Sensitive information" below before you fill in a form.
What is recorded automatically
When you send a request, this website also records details about your visit and stores them with your request:
- the page where your visit began (the landing page)
- the website that sent you here (the referrer)
- campaign details in the web address you arrived from, such as the source and the campaign name, and advertising click identifiers
- your IP address
- your browser and device type
- a spam score, an internal number the website works out when it checks a request for signs of spam
Where this website uses analytics, call tracking or the other services described below, those services record more. Each section below says what.
What we get from others
Where this website shows Google reviews of In & Out No Doubt, we receive them from Google. They include details such as the reviewer's name, the rating, the date and the text. They are public Google reviews.
How we use it
In & Out No Doubt uses your information only for the purposes listed here. Each item below is one flow of information. Who receives it
In & Out No Doubt gives your information to the people and companies below, and only for the purposes in this policy.
- Us. We receive every request you send through this website.
- Frontend Horizon, which builds and operates this website and the system that stores your requests.
- Hosting, database and file storage providers, which run the servers where this website and its request system live.
- Our email delivery provider, which sends notifications about requests and, where we have turned it on, the confirmation email to you.
- Text-message and telephone services, where this website uses them.
- A customer management system, where we use one.
- Analytics and advertising partners, where this website uses them.
- An error monitoring service, which receives error reports.
- Public authorities and advisers, where we need to obey the law, answer a lawful request, protect the safety or rights of people or defend a legal claim.
- A buyer of the business. If In & Out No Doubt is sold or merges with another business, your information may pass to the new owner. We will tell you if that changes how your information is used.
The hosting, database, file storage, email, text-message and telephone providers may use the information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information to any of these recipients.
Selling, sharing and advertising
In & Out No Doubt does not sell your personal information. We do not give it to anyone in exchange for money.
We do not share your personal information for advertising, with one exception. Where this website runs advertising tags, such as a Meta pixel or Google Ads tags, identifiers and browsing activity reach those advertising partners. California law calls this sharing. Where this website runs no advertising tags, nothing is shared for advertising.
You can opt out of this sharing in two ways. You can use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of this website to turn advertising tags off. Or you can turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. This website treats that signal as an opt-out request, and the tags stay off. Your choice applies to the browser and device you used.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
Where In & Out No Doubt's website uses analytics or runs advertising tags, it uses cookies and similar browser storage to count visits and, where it runs advertising tags, to measure advertising. A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser.
Analytics, and any advertising tags this website runs, are on until you turn them off. To turn them off, or back on, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of this website. Your choice is stored in your browser.
They are off by default if you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. They are also off by default if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or if you have already turned them off in that browser.
Where this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google, it counts visits and shows how visitors use the website. Google sets cookies for this. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. When you turn analytics off, Google Analytics can still send limited pings that do not use cookies. They contain details such as the time of your visit, your browser type and the page that referred you.
Where this website uses an analytics tool that does not use cookies, the tool counts visits without saving anything on your device. The "Cookie preferences" link does not control such a tool.
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers, because there is no common standard for them. We do respond to Global Privacy Control, as described above.
Other companies, such as Google and Meta, can set cookies or collect information about your activity on this website when the services above are on. Their use of that information is covered by their own privacy policies.
Requests you send through this website
In & Out No Doubt receives your request in the following way. This website sends it to the system that Frontend Horizon runs for In & Out No Doubt, where it is stored. The system emails it to us. Where we have asked for text alerts, it is also texted to our staff. Where we use a customer management system, it is also sent there.
Where we have turned on a confirmation email, you receive one to confirm that your request arrived. That email is about your request only. It has no marketing in it.
We do not send you marketing because you sent a request. We send you marketing emails or texts only if you separately agree to receive them, and each one tells you how to opt out.
Text messages
Where In & Out No Doubt has asked for text alerts, a new request is texted to our staff. Those texts go to our staff, not to you.
We text you only if you opt in. Where a form offers text messages, you opt in by ticking a box on that form. The box is separate from this policy and from our terms, and it is never ticked for you. The form tells you who will text you and how to stop. Texts come from In & Out No Doubt. How many you get depends on what you ask for and how you reply. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact page on this website. You can also stop texts in any other reasonable way, such as by telling us through the contact page or by replying with a word such as quit, cancel or unsubscribe. We honor your request promptly. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything or of getting a quote.
Your consent covers texts from In & Out No Doubt only. It does not cover texts from any other company. Our text-message provider handles your number only to deliver the messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone calls and call recording
Where this website uses call tracking numbers, the phone number you see may be a tracking number that forwards to In & Out No Doubt. When you call it, we keep your phone number, the time of the call, how long it lasted and the campaign or source that led you to call. We use this to measure which advertising produces calls.
Call recording is off unless we ask for it. Where it is on, a notice plays at the start of the call, before recording begins. If you do not want a call to be recorded, end the call and contact us through the contact page on this website.
Recordings are stored by our telephone service provider and kept there until we delete them. We never sell call logs or recordings.
Where your visit came from and spam prevention
In & Out No Doubt records where your visit came from so that we can tell which advertising and which pages bring in requests. When you send a request, this website stores the landing page, the referrer, campaign details from the web address and advertising click identifiers, together with your IP address and your browser and device type. The website also works out a spam score. The score is an internal number that helps us filter out spam and fraud. We use these details for two purposes only: to measure advertising and to prevent spam and fraud.
Where this website uses reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse, this site is protected by reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA is a Google service that tells people from automated programs. It looks at your IP address, your browser and device details and how you use the form, and it may set a cookie named _GRECAPTCHA. Google receives this information to prevent fraud and abuse.
Reviews, maps and other embedded services
Where this website shows Google reviews, they are Google's reviews. Each one shows the reviewer's name and links to the original on Google. Google decides how its reviews are ordered and filtered, so the reviews shown here may be only some of the reviews of In & Out No Doubt.
Where this website embeds a Google map, your browser loads resources from Google. Google may set cookies and receives your IP address and browser details.
Other embedded content, such as videos, scheduling tools or financing tools, comes from other companies. Those companies may collect information when the content loads. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to it.
Online store
Where this website has an online store, the store runs on a store platform. When you place an order, the platform and its payment providers process your order, your contact and shipping details and your payment details, so that your order can be paid for and delivered. In & Out No Doubt receives the order details it needs to fill and support your order. The store's refund and shipping policies apply to your order. The store platform's own privacy policy covers what it does with your information.
Error monitoring
The system that Frontend Horizon runs for In & Out No Doubt to store your requests reports its errors to an error monitoring service, so that faults can be found and fixed. The service is set up to exclude request contents, cookies, query strings and user information.
Where this website reports its own errors to a monitoring service, the same exclusions apply.
Service providers
In & Out No Doubt uses service providers for hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery. Where this website uses these features, it also uses service providers for text messages, telephone services, error monitoring and analytics. They handle your information to provide their service. The hosting, database, file storage, email, text-message and telephone providers may use your information only to provide that service to us. Analytics and advertising services handle it under their own policies, as described above. We may change providers from time to time without changing this policy, as long as what the policy says stays true.
Sensitive information
Please do not put health, financial, legal-case or government ID details in a form on this website or in a file you attach. Examples are medical conditions, bank or card numbers, the details of a legal case and a Social Security or driver's license number. In & Out No Doubt does not need them to answer a request.
How long we keep it
In & Out No Doubt keeps information for as long as it needs it for the purposes in this policy, and deletes it when you ask. How long that is depends on the kind of information.
- Requests, and the details recorded with them: for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep records of our work. We delete them when you ask. We do not delete requests automatically.
- Delivery records: with the request they belong to, for as long as we keep the request. We delete them with it.
- Call logs: in the system Frontend Horizon runs for us and with the telephone service provider. Recordings: with the telephone service provider. Both until we delete them.
- Customer records in a customer management system: for as long as we need to keep records of our work with you.
- Orders in an online store: for as long as we need them for order records and as the law requires.
- Analytics, advertising and error monitoring data: as set in our accounts with those providers, and under their own policies.
- Google reviews: for as long as we show them on this website.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or where we need it to deal with a legal claim. A copy may remain in our backups for a short time after it is deleted.
Your rights and how to use them
In & Out No Doubt offers these rights to everyone who uses this website, wherever you live.

To use a right, send your request through the contact page on this website. Say which right you want to use, and give the name, email address and phone number you used when you contacted us, so that we can find your information.
To protect your information, we may ask you for details to confirm that the request really comes from you. We compare them with what we already hold.
You can ask an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask for proof that you gave permission, and we may still need to confirm your identity with you.
We respond to a request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 more days. We act on a request to opt out of sale or sharing within 15 business days.
Notices for residents of certain states
Some state privacy laws, such as California's, ask for a few more details. In & Out No Doubt gives them in this section. It does not limit the rights described above, which we offer to everyone.
Depending on the features this website uses, we collect these categories of personal information, as California law names them:
- Identifiers: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, and online identifiers such as cookie IDs and advertising click IDs.
- Customer records: the name, address and telephone number you give us in a form.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: the landing page, the referrer, the pages you view, how you use this website, and your browser and device type.
- Geolocation data: the approximate area your IP address points to.
- Commercial information: where this website has an online store, the orders you place.
- Audio, electronic or visual information: photos and files you attach, and recordings of calls where call recording is turned on.
- Inferences: the spam score.
We collect these from you, from your browser and device and, for Google reviews, from Google. We use them for the purposes in "How we use it" and give them to the recipients in "Who receives it". We keep them for the times in "How long we keep it". We do not sell any of them. We share identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners only where this website runs advertising tags, as described under "Selling, sharing and advertising".
We do not need sensitive personal information to answer a request. If you choose to send us any, we use it only for the purposes in this policy.
This section, together with "What we collect", "How we use it", "Selling, sharing and advertising" and "How long we keep it", is our notice at collection.
Residents of other states with privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia, have similar rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of targeted advertising and sale, and appeal. The rights described in "Your rights and how to use them" cover them, and you can use them in the same way. We honor universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising.
Children
In & Out No Doubt's website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information, tell us through the contact page on this website and we will delete it.
Security
In & Out No Doubt and Frontend Horizon use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information. We do not claim that this website meets any particular security certification or standard.
Links to other websites
This website may link to websites run by other companies. In & Out No Doubt does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before you share information with them.
Changes to this policy
In & Out No Doubt may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make a material change, we will give prominent notice on this website. If we want to use information we have already collected in a way that is less protective of you than this policy says, we will tell you and ask for your consent first.
